Volusia County Sheriff's Deputies received a tip about a couple being drunk and asleep in the sand. According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, they found 27-year-olds Alyssia Langley and her fiance, Timothy Stephens passed out on the beach with several empty beer cans and an empty bottle of Crown Royal surrounding them. Stephens faces charges of child neglect, alcohol possession and attempt to escape custody. Langley faces child neglect charges.
